Bookings

Trial classes and paid lessons are subject to tutor availability. We will confirm all timings before lessons begin.

Payments

Payment terms, package prices, and billing frequency will be confirmed before enrolment. Lessons may be paused if payment is overdue.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Please give reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Repeated short-notice cancellations may affect package availability.

Student conduct

Students are expected to attend respectfully, be on time, and use online learning tools appropriately. Parents should support younger children where needed.

Limitation of liability

We aim to provide high-quality tutoring, but academic outcomes depend on attendance, practice, and individual student effort.
